This is a whole roll/piece, generally weighs 4kg to 5kg.

Every roll is a different weight. Procedure: order and buy this 1x roll 4kg placeholder and we will select the roll and invoice you for the remaining weight difference, for example 0.5kg to 1.5kg, prior to delivery.

Wagyu F1 refers to the first generation crossbreed between a purebred or full-blood Wagyu and another cattle, commonly Black Angus. This combination yields beef that is 50% Wagyu and 50% Angus, giving you the rich marbling of Wagyu with the bold, beefy flavor of traditional cattle. 

Crossbreeding creates a "best of both worlds" scenario:
  • Enhanced Marbling: It introduces intense intramuscular fat (marbling) that is not found in standard commercial beef.

  • Balanced Flavor: While full-blood Wagyu can be overwhelmingly rich for some palates, the Angus genetics give the meat a more familiar, robust, beefy flavor.


Quality porterhouse/sirloin as supplied to restaurants in Brisbane. Wet aged a minimum of 4 weeks for tenderness, delivered with 3-5 weeks of refrigeration life when each roll is kept sealed and cold. Supplied fresh, not frozen.

To freeze these, you can leave the meat in the original bag or portion into any sized steaks that you like. Then you can freeze and store for up to 12 months. We recommend defrosting slowly in the fridge over 24 hours for steaks to 48 hours for rolls for the best results.
