We have received another freight supply costs update from the courier network that delivers all of our lovely customer orders and they've raised the pricing yet again due to the continued rise in operating costs. We will continue to provide freight at $0 profit margin, and in many cases at below cost due to the website's s backend calculations.

The moment we receive any changes to rates and they are reduced, we'll update them immediately.

For those using the Shop app: please note that the updates it's giving aren't connected to our system. Pickup/delivery date will always be set based on your selection at checkout as this is what prints for the courier ❣️

Located in Brisbane with local pickup & delivery across SEQ, plus delivering to Sydney and Melbourne weekly - and many places in between.

For local pickups: order by Sunday 9pm for Tuesday pickup, and order by Tuesday 9pm for Thursday pickup. The Rocklea warehouse pickups are only between 11.30am and 12pm only. Strictly on Tuesday and Thursday. Must be preordered, please no walk-up.

For deliveries, the cutoffs vary across the huge delivery area we now cover. Generally speaking for Brisbane: Sunday and Tuesday evenings are cutoff if your area has a delivery on a Tuesday and Thursday respectively for that week. For outside of Brisbane using the courier network, orders cutoff 10am Wednesday Queensland time, and ship out for delivery Tues-Fri the following week with the couriers.

If in doubt, put your postcode into the checkout page and it'll show you up to 7 weeks ahead for your chosen area.
