Every rump is a different weight. Procedure: order and buy this 1x rump 4kg placeholder and we will select the piece and invoice you for the remaining weight difference, for example 0.5kg to 1.5kg, prior to delivery.

Quality rump as supplied to restaurants in Brisbane. Wet aged a minimum of 4 weeks for tenderness, delivered with 3-5 weeks of refrigeration life when each roll is kept sealed and cold. Supplied fresh, not frozen.
To freeze these, you can leave the meat in the original bag or portion into any sized steaks that you like. Then you can freeze and store for up to 12 months. We recommend defrosting slowly in the fridge over 24 hours for steaks to 48 hours for rolls for the best results.
