This is a whole carton, generally 3x to 4x rolls per carton and average roll weighs 3.5kg to 5.5kg.
Every carton is a different weight. Procedure: order and buy this 1x carton 14kg placeholder and we will select the carton and invoice you for the remaining weight difference, for example 1kg to 3kg, prior to delivery.

Quality scotch fillet as supplied to restaurants in Brisbane. Wet aged a minimum of 4 weeks for tenderness, delivered with 3-5 weeks of refrigeration life when each roll is kept sealed and cold. Supplied fresh, not frozen.
To freeze these, you can leave the meat in the original bag or portion into any sized steaks that you like. Then you can freeze and store for up to 12 months. We recommend defrosting slowly in the fridge over 24 hours for steaks to 48 hours for rolls for the best results.
