These raw beef marrow bones are part of our restaurant supply range. They are centre cut, sometimes referred to as boat cut, and perfect for roasting or smoking.
To gain that restaurant finish and caramelised crust, season generously and roast on a high / 220°C for 15-20 minutes. Great for eating as its own dish, or as a spread on some crunchy toast. Bacon bits on top for that added extra touch!
